Check-in & check-out
Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Arriving early? We'll keep your bags safe. Late check-out is offered when we can, especially for direct bookings.
- Bring a photo ID and a payment card.
- Room guests must be 18 or older.
- Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge.
Parking
Covered parking is available on site for hotel guests, and valet is offered at the front entrance. Nightly rates are shown on your confirmation.
Play responsibly
Gaming at High Five Hangout is for guests aged 21 and over. It should always be entertainment, never a way to make money.
- Decide your budget and time before you start.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Take regular breaks and stop if it stops being fun.
- Ask any host about a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. It's private and judgment-free.
